Created especially as part of our YIN IS IN: Turning of the Seasons programme, this 75-minute practice brings together slow, supported Yin with the soft, shimmering resonance of a crystal singing bowl sound bath.
We’ll begin with longer-held Yin shapes, giving the body time to soften and settle, before getting completely comfortable and allowing the sound of the bowls to take over.
A beautiful meeting of movement, stillness and sound — created to help you slow down, soften and rest a little more deeply.
