Starting to link longer, more complex sequences and heading further up the pole? Feeling almost ready for Advanced, but that class feels a bit scary, overwhelming… or just not very fun right now? Maybe Advanced makes you feel sad. Maybe you are Advanced and just want a gentler week. Maybe you want to challenge yourself without feeling like you’re being thrown into the deep end. ✨ This is the class for you. ✨ Think: Advanced pole, but kinder Challenging, but supportive Progress-focused, not pressure-filled Advanced pole with a hug (not from Hannah, obviously) This class bridges the gap between Intermediate and Advanced, giving you space to build confidence, strength, and flow at your own pace. 💪 Skill Level & Requirements This class is suitable for Advanced Intermediate / Lower Advanced students. ✨You should: Have a confident inside and outside leg hang ✨Be working toward or already achieving: Shoulder mounts Jack knife / gripper entries Genie transitions Be working toward or achieving aerial inversions ✨You do not need to be perfect. Progress > perfection always.✨ 🩱 What to Wear Shorts are essential (grip is your best friend) Sports bra or fitted top Layers recommended for warm-up 📍 Location 🚗Parking: 🚗Free or cheaper parking is available along Pennywell Road (heading away from town towards Easton). 🚗On Little Ann Street, parking meters can be expensive, but you might find free spaces on the forecourt at night (please avoid parking there during work hours). 🚗During the day Trinity Car Park, or Cabot Circus. 👉Entrances: We have a few different entrances, so please check your booking before you arrive: Studio 1 and Studio X: Pennywell Road, BS5 0TJ Studio 2: Little Ann Street, BS2 9EB If you’re unsure where to go, just drop us a message: we’re happy to help.
