Daytime Spin Pole - All lvs

Spin Pole: Feel Good From Every Angle. Level: All lvls. Step up, take the spotlight, and own your moment on the spinning pole. This session is all about looking good from every angle: think of it as your time on the pedestal, your spinning stage, where every line, pose, and transition is designed to showcase your power, poise, and presence. You’ll learn how to control momentum, hold shapes with confidence, and use your spin to create that effortless, camera-ready flow. Whether you want to add polish to your tricks, work on stunning transitions, or master those slow, controlled rotations that command attention, this class is your space to play! What to Wear: Wear pole shorts or sticky leggings with a vest or fitted top to allow grip and freedom of movement. No jewellery, rings, Fitbits, or watches, as they can damage both you and the poles. Please ensure you arrive on time: late entry isn’t permitted once the warm-up begins for your safety. What to Bring: Bring your water bottle, and any grip aid you prefer: the spin pole can be demanding, and staying confident in your grip helps you flow with ease. What to Expect in Class: You’ll work on perfecting angles and lines that look striking from every direction, controlled spins and rotations to enhance flow and fluidity, developing swirling transitions and twirling sequences, elevating static tricks into graceful, rotating poses, and building stamina and body awareness to maintain beautiful shapes through the spin. Why Take This Class? If you love the idea of feeling powerful, elegant, and a little bit showy this class is your perfect match. You’ll learn to refine your shapes and find your best angles, use spin and momentum to accentuate your lines, bring performance quality into your pole practice, gain control and confidence in transitions and inversions, and feel amazing in your own skin while developing technical finesse.
