Melanin Movement: The P.O.C Empowerment Pole Session. Mixed Level: Suitable for People of Colour: Beginner to Intermediate+ Polers. A vibrant and empowering pole session created by and for People of Colour. This session brings together strength, flow, and self-expression with a strong focus on confidence-building and joy through movement. It’s a mixed-ability class, primarily aimed at Level 1 beginners and Level 2 intermediates, with variations provided for all experience levels. Each month offers something fresh, inspiring, and empowering. This class is about more than just pole: it’s about connecting with yourself and your community, reclaiming movement, and celebrating your power.
