Cookery Class: Autumn in Tuscany

Another favourite Italian region of ours! To be honest there isn't one we've visited yet that hasn't been our fave! Beautiful Autumnal ingredients shape this lovely class. You'll want to recreate this over and over. A beautiful dinner party with friends or just create the cacciucco on a cool evening for warming comfort. You will make Tuscan antipasto platters, Gnudi with spinach and ricotta, Cacciucco - Livorno Fish stew, Radicchio and pear salad, Cantucci with Vin Santo. All chefs are brilliantly knowledgeable and super friendly, so you'll have a lovely time watching and learning before getting stuck in with some fabulous ingredients. Then you get to eat what you've made and take lots home to share! Classes are fun and informative and we share the recipes with you to keep and recreate over and over.
