Discover how to make great pizza at home under the instruction of our Master Pizza Maker. All courses are run from our Whiteladies Road restaurant during weekday afternoons. The course lasts approximately 2 hours and includes: Welcome glass of Prosecco or beer, garlic bread and olives on arrival, Demonstration by our Master Pizza Maker on how to make the perfect pizza at home, Making and stretching your own pizza dough from scratch, Adding toppings of your choice before enjoying your pizza, Tips on home-baking techniques and the best ingredients to use, Our recipe for baking great pizza at home. PRIVATE GROUP COURSES We hold private courses for groups of 10+. These are perfect for team-building/social events and can be tailored to meet your requirements.
