Cookery Class: Celebrating the food of Puglia

Ooh a lovely part of Italy with its own delicious regional cuisine using gorgeous seasonal ingredients. Make orecchiette pasta (translated as little ears!) and even make taralli, more-ish little savoury biscuits from scratch. Every single dish is a winner! All chefs are brilliantly knowledgeable and super friendly, so you’ll have a lovely time watching and learning before getting stuck in with some fabulous ingredients. Then you get to eat what you’ve made and take lots home to share! Classes are fun and informative and we share the recipes with you to keep and recreate over and over.
