Wonderment in the woods - 2027 Edition!

Retreat by day, festival by night. Let me tell you about this most gorgeous Autumn Equinox weekend, where the medicine on offer is equal parts wellbeing, joy, friendship, woodland feasts for proper foodies, nature, not taking oneself too seriously, dancing, DJ's, healing sound baths, and yoga of course! Late September, the mood turns naturally towards gathering, harvesting, reflecting on cycles past and ones to come. We meet on my old home turf, the stunning and soul-altering Wasing Estate, nestled in rural West Berkshire about 20 mins from Newbury and Reading. The event is led and curated by most generous and mischievous of hosts, my dear friend Chris Fitchew. The mood glides effortlessly from sincerity to silliness, and the people who come choose to return year on year, forming supportive and inspiring friendships that traverse the seasons. I have been offering yoga, movement and reflective practices at Wonderment since the outset, and am happy to be part of the team again this year.
