Family Constellations Workshop in Stoke Bishop, Bristol

You're warmly invited to this group experience, opening towards wider perspectives on difficulties, through mapping of Family and Systemic Constellations. This methodology allows us to gain insight into ourselves and our current struggles through opening our minds and hearts to a bigger picture. By including our families, systems, and our ancestors, we have an opportunity find new, more supportive movements in relation to them. This approach can help to shift patterns and issues that we have been stuck with for a long time. Jill & Sarah will co-host the afternoon, and open the field for an honest exploration of personal, relational, and practical struggles, rediscovering your capacity for life and its forward movements. Workshops include individual constellations and small group exercises to develop insight. It is possible for tender and traumatic material to be stirred during these open workshops. It is important you come with capacity to take care of what arises in you, and to resource yourself with additional therapeutic support where needed. If you have recently been in crisis or struggling with your mental wellbeing, other services may be a more suitable place to start.
