Join us as we celebrate the unveiling of the newly renovated Coach House and the launch of The UnMuseum, marking an exciting new chapter for one of St Paul's most valued community assets. At the heart of Bristol's African Heritage community, The Coach House has long held deep cultural, historical and community significance. Its transformation represents more than the restoration of a building; it marks the creation of a vibrant new hub for enterprise, innovation, culture and community wealth building. This special event offers the first opportunity to explore the reimagined space, hear reflections from BSWN CEO Sado Jirde, and learn more about the vision for The Coach House as a centre for business incubation, cultural expression and transformative community development. The event will also celebrate the launch of The UnMuseum, a radical reimagining of how Black and Racially Minoritised cultural heritage is defined, collected, curated and shared. Rooted in decolonial and community-led principles, it creates space for the lived experiences, histories and cultural expressions of Black communities across the South West. While the full programme is still being confirmed, guests can look forward to an inspiring afternoon featuring performances, a panel discussion, exhibitions, refreshments, networking and community celebration.
