Social Housing Drop-In Session (Knowle West)

Rising housing costs affect everyone -- but Black and Racially Minoritised communities are hit harder. Systemic barriers and limited access to information mean many people struggle to navigate the complex world of social housing. BSWN's research highlights challenges like the confusing council housing bidding process and lack of accessible guidance. That's why, in partnership with Bristol City Council and Housing Matters, we're running community workshops to make the system clearer and more approachable. These sessions create a space for honest questions, practical support, and building stronger links between the Council and the communities it serves.
