This listing is for our Wintertime Retreat, 12-15 Nov 2027! Join us on an extended weekend in this pre-Xmas period. A time to take a pause and restore yourselves with good food, the gorgeous uninterrupted views of the sea, sky and trees all around us and yoga that will aim to energise, and restore your energy levels and also find restfulness. Dates • 12-15 November 2027, Friday to Monday Classes We always cater our retreats to each group that comes on them, so this ends up being tweaked to what best suits the group each day! On this retreat, expect practices that feel warming in your bodies and give you a boost of energy for the coming Winter. We will equally also make lots of time for practices that restore your system, finding ways we can access resting and nurturing ourselves. There will be touches on self massage techniques and if it’s your bag, there will plentiful of savasana shoulder, head and leg massages during your rest. Of course you can opt out of this too if you prefer! The Itinerary (subject to slight changes!) Friday • 5pm onwards: Arrive, get settled in with snacks and tea • 6 / 6.30pm: Evening practice • 7.30 / 8pm: Dinner Sun-Sat • 8 / 8.30am: Morning Practice *you decide! • 10 / 10.30am: Brunch • Free time till late afternoon • 3.30pm: Afternoon Tea and Snack • 6 / 6.30pm: Evening practice • 7.30 / 8pm: Dinner Monday • 7.45am: 30 min class • 9 / 10am: Breakfast, then check out What's Included? • Accommodation • Coffees, teas, wine, snacks • Brunch, afternoon tea with snack and dinners • Yoga classes • Do bring your own mat* How to get here We will be driving to the retreat, which is a straightforward 2 / 2.5 hour drive from Bristol, in the hamlet of Watermouth on the North Devon coast.
