10 week Intermediate Screenprinting

Extend your creativity in this specialised course. It is perfect for those who have completed Beginners Screenprinting, Introduction to Screenprinting or similar. You will have the opportunity to develop and explore your interests further. You will test new processes and expand your technical knowledge to enable you to apply them to your own work. It's less about production and more about considering how to develop your ideas and use appropriate techniques to achieve your vision. Sharing results and discussions within the group will trigger further considerations to progress your skills. There will be demonstrations over the first five weeks in more advanced techniques such as paper and photographic stencil making / monoprinting/ reversals and other opportunities to experiment. In the second half of the course you will have time to really focus on your own projects. Alternatively you can work on your own projects over the whole 10 weeks.
