Ideal for Birthdays, Hen Parties & Small Team get togethers. Our beautifully equipped Bishopston & Paintworks studio is the perfect location for private, small group wellness sessions. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, looking for something different to do with friends or planning a Hen Party. Our 60 or 90 min private 'Soul Experiences' include exclusive use of our Bishopston studio space for up to 12 people, a blend of Pilates movement (all levels catered for), mindfulness techniques, breath work and meditation. A range of herbal teas, coffees, glass of fizz & refreshments included.
