Cookery Class: Tapas of Andalucia

A super popular class! We all love tapas and each dish is potentially a little meal you can serve at home, serve all together for a tapas feast, or get inspired to recreate a couple at a time. We are lucky at Papadeli that we have all the best Spanish ingredients, so we're able to bring them up from the deli and you get to try it all! Starting with some simple dishes and building on skills to create more complicated ones. Suits all level of cook and our classes are very hands on, so you get to try it all and learn from professional chefs.
