Learn step by step how to produce black and white darkroom prints from your photographs taken on film. In this all-day course we will cover various types of photographic paper, how to set up an enlarger to make test exposure strips and contact sheets of your roll of film. From this, we will select a few of your favourite images to print, adjusting contrast, exposures and borders using an easel to develop high quality prints using photographic chemicals. Please bring your own negatives, which must have been processed (developed) before the course. Please also bring an apron to protect your clothes. This course is perfect for those starting off with analogue photography or people who are looking to refresh their skills. This course is in the darkroom, it is very much a standing course and in a small space.
