Jordan Rakei

New Zealand-born and British-based singer-songwriter Jordan Rakei returns to Bristol as part of his biggest UK and EU headline tour to date in celebration of his forthcoming new album 'A Safe Place To Be Wild'. Since the release of his debut album 'Cloak', the multi-instrumentalist has built a loyal global fanbase thanks to his distinctively musical voice - spanning everything from neo-soul warmth and jazz-influenced improvisation to earworming pop melodies, sweeping orchestral arrangements and arresting storytelling across six albums, with his latest promising to be his most vulnerable and expansive yet. As well as collaborating with the likes of South London rapper Loyle Carner, singer-songwriter Tom Misch and producer Bonobo, Rakei has been nominated for Best Album at the 2025 Ivor Novello Awards, a nomination for an AIR Award and the Australian Music Prize. Onstage, his joyous and masterfully-arranged live shows have had crowds bouncing everything from Glastonbury to two sold-out performances at the Royal Albert Hall. Plus Olive Jones
