Sunday Jam

Accessible Music For Everyone. Sunday Jam is our music and movement club for disabled young people aged 25 and under, along with your families and/or Personal Assistants. Join us as we experiment with instruments and technology, play musical games, create and sing songs and move and dance together, in a welcoming and friendly environment. Disabled young people with any musical background are welcome to attend any number of these monthly sessions. Sessions are two-hours long, including a gentle, slow start and breaks. They are held on Sunday mornings in the beautiful and fully-accessible Lantern Hall. It is important that all children and young people under the age of 18 are accompanied by a parent or personal assistant for the duration of these sessions. Everyone is welcome to get involved in the music and movement activities - we look forward to seeing you there!
