Join Jess and Dil for a slow and restorative nature based retreat exploring practices that support us to anchor ourselves into our bodies and connect to the heart as we land in autumn. This is a chance to tap into the power of community and ancient woodlands, exploring with embodied movement, sound, meditation, cacao and rest in the woods at Arnos Vale.
