Karma Community Yoga + Litter Pick

Free Yoga with a Karma Community Litter Pick! Come make BS5 more beautiful while getting to know some lovely folk from BS5, and finish with a gentle morning yoga flow (for free!). We will meet at 9am outside the St George Bowls club, where you will be given litter picking materials, and a short safety briefing before we head off to different local streets. Any areas you feel need a bit of extra TLC in BS5? As long as they are up to a 15 minute walk from the park, then we can include in the route - please email Leah at leah.yogaremedy@gmail.com with the street names. We are hoping to make this a monthly community effort, so watch this space! We would be so grateful for feedback that can help us improve too. Booking is essential so that we can ensure we have enough equipment for everyone. Please bring a yoga mat, you can store it in the clubhouse whilst we go on the litter pick. If you do not have one, please let us know in advance and we will make sure there is a spare available for you. See you there! x
