This formative period laid the foundation for his ongoing engagement with visual art which would establish him as both a photographer and a cultural animateur. Over the years David's practice expanded beyond photography into broader forms of cultural production as founder and Artistic Director of ICF International Curators Forum. As a cultural animateur, his influence extends into community and institutional spheres, contributing significantly to the shaping of contemporary culture.
