The bass range isn't just about the bass guitar. About half of an acoustic or electric guitar is in the bass register, and learning more about the fundamentals of low end playing is useful to all musicians. This course will cover the basics of bass guitar but will go beyond that for anyone else who just wants to learn more about how to think like a bass player. We will focus a lot on rhythm and understanding stylistically appropriate playing for whatever genre of music you like. Beginner to intermediate levels.
