Combining live piano, ballet and exquisite digital animation, The Nutcracker and I reimagines the classic story through Clara's journey from little girl with a dream to concert pianist. Watch as Dariescu performs 15 virtuosic arrangements of Tchaikovsky's music alongside a ballerina and hand-drawn animations projected onto a gauze screen.
