Flow and Radiate

Join artist and facilitator Viola for a gentle meditation and singing session that invites you to experience Jonathan Baldock: Held in a new way. Rather than engaging with the artworks through looking alone, you'll be guided to connect through meditation, listening and sound. Be led on an embodied and meditative journey, culminating in the creation of a shared soundscape inspired by the artworks on display. No previous experience of meditation, movement or singing is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We aim to create an accessible, inclusive and trauma-informed environment. All activities are offered as invitations, and you're welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you. You may choose to sing, listen, move, take breaks, or simply spend time in the space--there is no expectation to take part in any particular way. This workshop is open to all ages and abilities. Please arrive at Arnolfini's front desk 5 minutes before the 11.30am start time.
