Let's Talk About Loss at Arnolfini

If you're aged 18-35 and have experienced the death of someone close to you, you're warmly invited to join Bristol Let's Talk About Loss for an informal, supportive gathering at Arnolfini. Let's Talk About Loss meet-ups are peer-led and hosted by trained volunteers who help create a safe, welcoming space to talk about grief. You're welcome to share, listen, cry, laugh -- or simply be present. There's no pressure to speak. This is a peer support space, not professional counselling. As part of the session, you'll have the opportunity to take part in an after-hours tour of Jonathan Baldock: Held, offering a chance to spend time with the exhibition in a quieter setting and explore themes of care, connection and memory through conversation and reflection.
