Sauna & Ice Sessions

Experience our sauna and ice bath sessions for recovery and relaxation. Check the timetable for session schedules. All Recovery sessions give you 1hr access to our Recovery studio featuring a Nordic Sauna, Infrared Sauna, Ice Baths, PEMF mat, Red light therapy, Dr Dennis Gross LED face masks, Theragun tools. All sessions are mixed and 1hr in the Recovery doesn't include changing time. We have a female and male changing rooms with 6 showers and a single unisex shower. Aesop Shower gel and GHD hairdryers and GHD straighteners are available for use after your session.
