Sodium Showdown XXIV

Sodium Showdown returns to Thekla on August 22nd - August 23rd! A two-day fighting game tournament putting Bristol's best players head-to-head in two rooms of high energy matches. With live commentary in the main events and both bars open stocked to the max with energy drinks and themed cocktails. Spectator tickets just £5! The first day will feature top 64 through to top 6 of Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8 and Guilty Gear: Strive, plus the full 3rd strike bracket. The second day will showcase top 6s of those above games. USF4, GBVSR & DOA6 will be run on the Sunday. Costs: Venue entry is £20 for a competitor, £5 for spectators. This gives you access to the full venue to spectate tournament matches and for playing in casuals. 100% of this goes towards running costs for the event, and any profit will go straight back into the community for purchasing equipment for future events, so even if you don't enter any tournaments on the day, just coming along shows your support for our scene and is a massive help!
