Kokedama Workshop
The word kokodama simply translates as 'moss ball'. They're Japan's eco-friendly answer to the hanging basket. Join the team at Sprouts of Bristol for a relaxed and creative workshop where you'll learn how to make your own kokedama - a Japanese style of planting where plants grow in hand-wrapped moss balls instead of traditional pots. During this two-hour experience you'll create three kokedama moss balls, each planted with a different seasonal houseplant. These striking living sculptures can be displayed on a dish, shelf or even hung to create a beautiful botanical feature in your home. Your workshop will be led by one of the knowledgeable Sprouts team, trained by founder Jessy to guide you through the process step-by-step.
