Repair and Alteration Service

Organised by Slow Fashion Studio. Every Thursday and Friday 11-6, Rethrindle CIC hosts a repair and alteration service in the Slow Fashion Studio. No need to book – just drop by the Slow Fashion Studio with your garments to get them fixed or transformed! Price list: mini repair: £5 (e.g. replace a button, fix a seam), small repair: £12 (e.g. mend a small tear or patch), medium repair: £20 (e.g. fixing a big tear, pocket mending or zipper replacement), max repair: from £30 (e.g. coat zipper repair, broken lining), visible mending: from £18, sashiko mending: from £25, small alteration: from £18 (e.g. change hemline, shorten sleeves), medium alteration: from £25 (e.g. take in/let out, shorten sleeves with cuff), max alteration: from £35 (e.g. reline garment, multiple alterations), rework: from £45 (e.g. rework clothing into something new). Please note these prices are just a guide – as every mend and alteration is different, all garments will be examined and quoted individually on the day.
