Reformer Teacher Training

The Reformer Pilates Teacher Training course by Soul Education is designed to develop confident, creative, and intelligent Reformer Pilates teachers. This course combines essential principles of Mat Pilates with in-depth education on Reformer Pilates, providing the opportunity to teach real clients at the studios. It focuses on building sequences that flow, connect, and captivate, blending strong foundations with creativity and precision. The training includes three in-person weekends and online learning, covering anatomy, movement principles, and class theory, with a focus on movement, practice, and embodied teaching.
