When we need to recruit staff - including those in our Shop and Café - we generally advertise them on our website, social media and via posters in our shop. Please note that because we are open seven days a week, all our staff work on a rota basis which involves alternative weekends. Enjoy plants, people and a busy retail environment? Duties Include: Providing excellent customer care and gardening advice, Maintaining and arranging displays of goods and plants, Processing deliveries. Applicants will need to demonstrate sound horticultural knowledge. An RHS Level 2 qualification and experience of working with plants/retail will be considered an advantage.
