Your caffeine-fuelled experience will start as your OddKin trainer introduces you to the origin of coffee and the basics of roasting. You'll also get an opportunity to slurp and compare different coffees to discover more about your palate and how you may prefer your brew. Before moving on to demonstrations of how to properly dial in a grinder - the importance of correct dosing and getting the right yield and grind setting. They'll also demonstrate how to identify a good shot, how to taste-test and help you in your quest to extract the perfect espresso. Your coffee adventure continues as you explore how to texture milk for creating that all-important micro-foam before being guided on the basics of latte art - we guarantee you'll be pouring a beautiful heart by the end of the workshop… the first step on your barista journey!
