Buoy's original project, The Harbourside Street Food Market is right at the centre of Bristol's street food scene. Pull up to the bumper. The Harbourside Street Food Market combines Bristol's best street eats with one of the city's most scenic spots. Since 2014, we've been on a mission to celebrate the waterfront, with DJs, local bevs on tap, and a crazy-good lineup of street food from the South-West. Each weekend, you'll find the market in full festival mode with our 100-seater quayside beer deck, ice cold local drinks and a changing 10-stall roster of the southwest best street food traders. From April to September, on sunny evenings you can find us trading until 8.30pm. We're turning up the heat on weekday lunches. Each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, you'll find a line-up of street food stalls, serving up globally-inspired dishes, using local ingredients.
