Lovepet Horror - 10th Anniversary

Ten years. One band. One hometown. One very special night. Lovepet Horror celebrate 10 years as a band with a huge anniversary show at Bristol's legendary The Fleece. Formed a decade ago, Lovepet Horror are an original indie band built around songwriter, singer and guitarist Scott Clark, the band's only remaining original member. Originally from Bristol, Scott has spent the last ten years writing, recording and performing with Lovepet Horror, developing a sound rooted in melodic guitars, driving rhythms and thoughtful, deeply personal lyrics. Drawing influence from the likes of Joy Division, The Cure and Arctic Monkeys, Lovepet Horror combine catchy guitar hooks with energetic drums and an unmistakably melodic indie sound. After ten years of releases, live shows, changing line-ups and plenty of miles on the road, the band are still here -- and still making new music. For this special anniversary, Lovepet Horror have brought together a bill featuring bands they've previously shared stages with, alongside some of the exciting new acts coming through the scene today. Also appearing are Barbarossa Beat, featuring legendary drummer Dave Barbarossa of Adam and the Ants, Bow Wow Wow and Republica.
