Mondays 10.30am. Join us for a short walk, 30-40 minutes, around Inns Court followed by a cuppa. Ideal for those wanting to improve their mobility, get a bit fitter or meet new people. We meet by the playground on Inns Court Drive, just come along, we will be there rain or shine.
