SEPT Abstract and Botanical Printmaking

A lovely way to create really beautiful prints. No drawing skills or previous print experience is necessary. We'll spend the morning learning how to capture the beautiful forms and intricate details of botanicals. In the afternoon we'll look at ways to build on this monoprinting technique with process colour printing incorporating found materials to make vibrant abstract prints bursting with colour and texture. Please note: Lunch is not included in this workshop. We will have a generous lunch break which will give you time to explore the lovely lunch options in nearby Easton. You are welcome to bring your own food to eat in the studio instead but you are still encouraged to take a small break outside. The day will be split into two half-day workshops to facilitate this: Morning 10am - 12.30pm Afternoon 2pm - 4.30pm.
