Workshop, Art

A watergram is an experimental photography technique, which captures ripples and reflections on the surface of water, without using a camera. Using a flash, photographic paper and darkroom chemistry we will create unique images. Watergrams can be combined with other cameraless darkroom techniques, such as photograms and chemigrams, so there will be lots of room for experimentation in this introductory workshop. No previous darkroom experience is necessary, just bring yourself and wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little wet. Please be aware that the Folk House Darkroom is a small space and this is very much a standing workshop.
