Workshop
Learn how to transform leaves, twigs, seed pods, or shells into a beautiful fine silver pendant using the magical medium of silver clay. Silver clay is a magical material made from recycled silver particles combined with a natural binder, making it easy to shape and imprint. Once fired, it becomes solid silver, leaving you with a unique piece of jewellery. You will spend the day experimenting with textures and learning how to make moulds and take direct impressions from your chosen objects. Rebecca will guide you through the entire process - from working with silver clay and preparing your piece for firing, to polishing and finishing your pendant so it is ready to wear home. This workshop is perfect for beginners and those with some jewellery-making experience alike. All tools and materials are provided, and you will leave with a completely unique, handcrafted pendant inspired by the natural world. This workshop includes 10g of silver clay which is enough to make 2-3 pendants depending on size.
