Workshop
Before the Christmas rush takes over, give yourself a morning off. Join interior designer Hannah Redden in the beautiful large lounge at Ashton Court Mansion for a slow, relaxed, hands on morning of lampshade making. Step by step, you'll cover and roll your own 20cm drum lampshade, with plenty of help choosing how to place your pattern for a professional finish. No experience needed. It's the perfect way to switch off, slow down and make something beautiful just for you, or book a place for someone who needs a breather this Christmas. All lampshade parts and tools provided. What to bring: a piece of fabric you love, at least 70cm x 30cm, ideally a medium weight cotton or linen. Please iron it before you come. Part of every workshop supports the Ashton Court Mansion Trust.
