Please note the following details before joining the waiting list: • Limited Spaces: To ensure high-quality, individual tuition and support for Arts Award students. • Consultation Call: Once you add your name to the waiting list, a member of our team will give you a call. This helps us confirm suitability and decide which level (Bronze or Silver) is right for your child. You can also discuss portfolio evidence preferences; for example, video statements rather than written work. Note: We do not currently offer ‘Discover’ or ‘Explore’ Arts Awards. Your child must be aged 11+ to participate. • Flexible Scheduling: If the listed day or time doesn't work for you, don’t worry! We can accommodate other sessions. We will discuss alternative scheduling options with you during our phone call.
Make-up Policy Each student is entitled to five (5) make-up sessions per term, subject to availability, which must be booked through the Parent Portal after cancelling the original class at least 48 hours in advance. Make-up credits can only be used within the same term, and once booked, sessions cannot be rescheduled.
